Detailed instructions will be e-mailed to you shortly after you have filled out the booking form.

CASH ON ARRIVAL (DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL) : The deposit (2500 to 5000 DKK depending on apartment, length of stay and number of tenants) must be paid by credit card via PayPal.com within 3 workdays to secure the booking. The rent and cleaning fee must be paid in cash upon check in. Cash payment in foreign currencies is accepted. This is the preferred method of payment for most short-term renters as it minimizes any loss if you have to cancel your rental prior to arrival.

FULL RENT AND DEPOSIT PREPAID BY CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL: Full rent plus deposit and cleaning fee must be in our PayPal account within 3 work days of the booking. Please note that there is a 4% PayPal fee for EU-residents and a 5% PayPal fee for non-EU residents when paying with credit card.

FULL RENT AND DEPOSIT PREPAID BY CREDIT CARD VIA BANK WIRE : Full rent plus deposit and cleaning fee must be in our bank account within 3 work days of the booking.

BANK WIRE: Deposit plus prepaid rent must be in our bank account within 3 work days of the booking to secure the rental. Prepaid rent is 1 months rent for rentals of 2-6 months, 2 months rent for rentals of 7-11 months and 3 months rent for rentals of 12 months and up.

CREDIT CARD VIA PAYPAL : Deposit plus prepaid rent must be in our bank account within 3 work days of the booking to secure the rental. Prepaid rent is 1 months rent for rentals of 2-6 months, 2 months rent for rentals of 7-11 months and 3 months rent for rentals of 12 months and up.As there is a 4% PayPal fee for EU-residents and a 5% PayPal fee for non-EU residents when paying with credit card, this method of payment is not recommended for long term rentals as it will add a large fee to your payment.

Your booking is not final until you have paid the amount due and received a booking confirmation with a printable .pdf file containing the confirmation.

After you have made an online booking we will reserve the apartment for you for 3 days. If payment is not made within these 3 days, we will cancel the reservation and accept bookings from other clients for the apartment in question.

Depending on the apartment booked and the period rented, the damage deposit varies. After you have booked an apartment, you will receive an invoice stating the rental fee as well as the cleaning fee and deposit payable. The deposit will be refunded in full within 5 workdays of departure (providing that the apartment is left undamaged.)
