COPENHAGEN CLIMATE CONFERENCE 2009 APARTMENT RESERVATION
 
The climate conference in Copenhagen taking place from 6th to 18th December 2009 will see thousands of people travelling to Copenhagen. Many of these will be looking for an apartment. We will be taking in additional apartments for the conference, but as Copenhagen is not huge and suitable apartments are limited, we will certainly not have enough for all the requests we will be receiving.
 
We advice conference participants to sign up for an apartment well in advance. Please fill out the form below with your requirements to secure placement on top of our list when we find an apartment that suits your criteria. We will require a deposit paid in advance to hold the apartment, the deposit is 2500 DKK and acts as a damage deposit, refundable after check out.
 

As we will be taking in a large number of apartments, we can not guarantee that we will have photos available of all of them, but all apartments will meet the following criteria:
 
Fully equipped with bedlinen, towels, utencils, plates etc for at least the number of people that the apartment sleeps
Highspeed Internet connection and television
Maximum commute to the conference at Bella Center of 30 minutes (but most likely less)
Clean, safe and comfortable property
Maps and instructions on grocery shopping, dining out in the vicinity and transportation to the conference
