Neat apartment on the first floor (one storey up) with a great layout consisting of bright bedroom with closet space and workdesk, living room with couch and television and an open plan new kitchen in connection with the dining room. A straightforward, very usable and practical apartment - perfect for singles and couples. The apartment does not have a washer and dryer, but there is a laundromat steps from the building.

Perfect location in a quiet, residential part of Østerbro, but still very close to all the stores of Østerbrogade - Østerbros main shopping and dining street. Just a short bike- or busride from the city center or a healthy walk through atmospheric streets. Located less than one kilometer from the water and also just a short bike- or busride from some of Denmarks most famous beaches along the 'Strandvejen' - Copenhagens riviera. Walking distance from the nightclub and concert venue 'Park Café', the national stadium and home of FC Copenhagen 'Parken' as well as shopping on Nordre Frihavnsgade. All in all, one of the most liveable and enjoyable areas outside of the very downtown.
