Right in the middle of Frederiksstaden - King Christian IV's prestige project: A French-inspired neighbourhood in the middle of the old city with a straight grid of streets and avenues. The building is in the center of what is probably the most famous and sought after neighbourhood in all of Denmark. Not to mention the most expensive to buy a house in. Not only is this building right next to The Marble Church, it is also only a one minute walk from the Queens residence, Amalienborg Palace, so you will have the Queens Royal Guard marching by right below your windows every day at noon. It is also just a few minutes walk from Nyhavn, Strøget, Rosenborg Castle and Kings Garden and a variety of other attractions, including parks, waterfronts and The Little Mermaid. The area is full of restaurants, cafés and traditional Danish lunch venues. Tivoli, Town Hall Square and The Central Station can be reached by a 15-20 minute walk or a 5 minute busride from the bus stop right outside the door.
