This apartment is a unique penthouse property with skylights on the tilted walls and decorated all in white to supplement the allready bright environment that the outside light gives this great 4-room apartment. The property consists of a spacious dining room with an exit to a small balcony but with space enough to sit outside and enjoy a meal while watching the towers of the city. The small bedroom is also entered from the dining room. The living room is equally - if not even more - bright, and has a comfortable couch and a flatscreen television supplied with cable-tv. Next to the living room, you will find the office and dressing room facing the courtyard. The kitchen is amply fitted and the bathroom is modern and functional. The floors and walls are kept in white all through the property to maximise the brightness. A very comfortable apartment with no upstairs neighbours. Except for the sky above. |

Situated just opposite the New Carlsberg Glyptotek and right between Town Hall Square, Tivoli Gardens and the harbor front, this apartment building enjoys a hard to find location right smack in the middle of Copenhagen. If that is not enough, how about a 400 meter walk to Strøget - Europes longest pedestrian mall, a 200 meter walk to The National Museum or a 400 meter walk to The Central Station. Allthough close to everything, the building is on a quite - club, restaurant and shop-free - street giving you the advantage of being able to withdraw to the peacefulness of your own habitat while still just being a short stroll from all the action, all the shops, all the good restaurants and a swim in the clean waters of the Islands Brygge harborfront.
