Description of interior

A very charming villa apartment with plenty of space and a south-west facing terrace with sun all day long. Where else can you find an apartment with a roof-top terrace on the first floor of a building? Apart from the sunny terrace which comes equipped with comfortable chairs, table and a barbecue, the apartment consists of a spacious living room with two couches, 42" flatscreen tv, dvd, stero and dining table. Next to the living room you will find the fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom has a double bed and a work desk and is situated next to the childrens room which has a toddler/childs bed (160 cm) that can be replaced or complimented with a madras (for older children). A fold out toddlers bed is also available on request.There is a large bathroom with bathtub and a toddlers changing table. The toilet is seperate from the bathroom..

Description of location

Located on a quiet residential sidestreet with villas, peace and singing birds, but only a hundred meters from the main artery of Frederiksberg, Falconér Allé, where you will find all the shopping options you could dream of. From supermarkets to bakeries, delis, sushibars, butchers, clothing stores and a variety of good restaurants and trendy cafés. The apartment is on the first floor (one storey up, private entrance from the street) of an old, charming building that holds two apartments in total. The other is below this apartment, so there are no upstairs neighbors. The huge and beautiful park, Frederiksberg Have, is 15 minutes away by foot and the mall of Frederiksberg (Frederiksbergcentret) and the metro is a 10 minute stroll from the apartment. On Falkonér Allé there are busses going in just about every direction. All in all, a great area to live in, away from the noise of the city, but within easy travelling distance (5 minutes by bike, 15 minutes by foot and metro) to the very center of Copenhagen.
