Description of interior

Here's a different type of apartment with an egotistic twist. Situated on the ground floor of a typical Nørrebro-building with a backdoor leading directly to the grassy and cosy courtyard outside.The bed is up under the roof and is accessed by a staircase from the entry room which also works as an office with a desk. From this room, there is also access to the small toilet. A few stairs up is the kitchen and living room. The living room has a comfortable couch, television with Danish, Swedish, Norwegian and German channels and a desk. The kitchen is well equipped and has a table with dining space for 3-4 persons. The shower is in the corner of the kitchen which is not an unusual place for these old, originally typical working class apartments where space in the toilet for showers were an unneeded luxury. The shower worls exactly like a normal shower, though. This is a truly different apartment with character in a central Nørrebro location, perfect for young couples and students, but due to it's stairs and staircases not suitable for elderly or disabled persons.

Description of location

Situated on a quiet sidestreet just off one of Copenhagens main arteries (Ågade/Åboulevarden) this apartment is at the same time away from it all and very close to everything. There are plenty of shopping options, including a variety of supermarkets and ethnic restaurants, on nearby Rantzausgade and a bit further away, the always hectic Nørrebrogade. There are plenty of busses on nearby Ågade that will take you into Town Hall Square in just a few minutes.
